Versatility
and Productivity of our presses:
The upper platten of the
press can be turned up to 180.° The
lower half of the die or mold can be
shifted and turned to either side up
to 70.° The two halves of the die or
mold can be optimally positioned for
the spotting operation to work
quickly and easily.
Ease of Use and Accuracy:
Pre-programmed SIEMENS S7 electronic
controls. Each button on the control
panel is marked with a clear
function. The sequence of movements
of the presses are controlled by the
PLC to prevent mistakes on the part
of the press operator.
Customizability:
The presses are highly configurable
and are easily tailored to suit each
client's spotting needs. They are
offered in pit versions or floor
versions and each machine can be
configured with a wide range of
accessories such as the energy
accumulator and the mold injection
testing unit.
Precision and Reliability:
The accuracy and the long lasting
reliability of the press are given
by the precision machining,
assembling and workmanship of our
skilled personnel. Using hydraulic
technology ensures that when
spotting,the plattens are precisely
aligned and parallel at all times.
